Oakridge Update!
If you have not visited us in a while the farmstands are once again over flowing with fresh produce! We have sweet corn, tomatoes, green beans, yellow beans, eggplant, cucumbers, summer squash, basil, beets, carrots and garlic (yes we did grow garlic this year!), as well Michigan blueberries.
August means tomatoes, tomatoes, tomatoes! All of our tomatoes are field grown on our farm and we have serveral varieties available including heirlooms and a rainbow of cherry tomatoes. We are about 1-2 weeks away from fulfulling bulk orders for tomatoes, we will keep you updated as the supply increases. "Not-quite-perfect" tomatoes are available at the farm for a reduced price of only $.50/# This is a great deal for making fresh salsa or grabbing a ready to eat tomato.
We also wanted to tell you about a great FREE oppurtunity at the Neenah Public Library to learn about keeping the harvest.
Our Cty A farm stand has been open for self service only with limited veggies, but will be fully stocked again beginning tomorrow!
